Below are two sequences of photos taken by Milan of the third Running of the Bulls, taken simultaneously with two separate cameras. In the last two photos in the top row above you will see a man in a blue jacket whose story is told in more detail below. Of special interest in this sequence is the action that happens near the corner across the street, where two or three steers have to jump over the runners piled up in the street.

The sequence above shows the run from a slightly different angle. You can still see the steers jumping over the runners piled up near the corner, but you can also see more of the action of the bulls going around the corner.

The man in the photo below, from the first photo sequence above, is named Miguel. He is from Pamplona and participates in every Running of the Bulls. Miguel was recruited as a teenager by a local separatist group to place explosives in a building. The explosives went off prematurely, causing damage to his body and disfiguring his face.
